Commercial Terms
Machsino operates on a structured deposit based model designed to support secure and efficient transactions. Orders are confirmed with a thirty percent deposit. The remaining balance is payable one week prior to the scheduled arrival of the shipment. Payments are processed through our UK bank account to ensure transparency and compliance with international banking standards.
Quality Assurance
Prior to shipment, equipment undergoes factory level verification to confirm specifications and condition. Where required, visual inspection updates are provided to clients, ensuring visibility and confidence before dispatch.
Logistics and Documentation
We manage export documentation and shipment coordination in line with agreed commercial terms. This includes preparation of commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading and certificates of origin. Shipping arrangements are planned carefully to meet destination requirements and delivery schedules.
